Malli Ford RNC,BSN,CMSRN
Malli is a highly experienced Administrator who is proficient in leading diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success within the healthcare arena. She has a proven ability to analyze a company’s vision and execute actions to achieve required goals. Malli’s strong clinical and leadership skills permit her to develop innovative solutions and enhance processes.
She started her career in Business Finance while going to school for General Business, and her decision paradigm switched to Nursing in the late 1990’s. Malli graduated from San Jacinto College ADN Nursing in 2002 and continued her education at Texas Woman University, graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 2007. Malli is a member of Sigma Theta Tau National Nursing Honor Society. Having worked in the Home Health industry for over 6 years, Malli is passionate about her patients, families and staff.
Malli enjoys life to the fullest both at work and at home. She is happily married for 17 years with 3 beautiful children.
Karina Walker, RN
Director of Nurses
Karina graduated from Saint Louis University in May 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She received the Martin Luther King, Jr Scholarship to aid with 4-years of schooling and was a part of various organizations including, Alpha Phi Omega (Service Fraternity) and Student Nurses Association.
Upon graduating in 2010, Karina returned home to Houston and began working with Senior Allegiance as a Care Coordinator in charge of overseeing patient care. As a Care Coordinator she wanted to make sure she did everything possible so her patients received the best care. Therefore, Karina began expanding her knowledge of Home Health Services through various classes, including the Art of Coding and Blueprint for OASIS Accuracy. Karina was promoted to Alternate Director of Nurses in 2011, and soon became Director of Nurses in June 2013.
Karina enjoys spending time with her family and husband during her spare time. Her toddler daughter reminds her daily of how precious life is and to cherish every moment. Karina enjoys working with Senior Allegiance, and looks forward to continue to work with such a fantastic group of people.
